Information you provide#
When you contact us, you may provide your name, telephone number, destination country, bag preferences, budget and message content. Do not send identity documents or payment-card details through an ordinary WhatsApp message.
WhatsApp#
WhatsApp is a third-party service operated under its own terms and privacy practices. Clicking a WhatsApp link may share information with WhatsApp/Meta. Enquiry information is used to respond, prepare requested sourcing work and maintain transaction records where required.
Analytics#
If Google Analytics is enabled, it will load only after the consent mechanism configured for the site permits it where consent is required. Analytics events record the page and placement of a WhatsApp click, not the prefilled message, telephone number or budget.
Retention and rights#
State the real retention periods and the process for access, correction or deletion requests. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
