Our standard#
We do not knowingly source or promote counterfeit goods. Observations about a bag must be based on the evidence available for that exact item and described with appropriate certainty.
Remote review#
Photographs and video can support due diligence but may omit tactile qualities, internal construction, odour, weight, repairs or details hidden by lighting and compression. When evidence is incomplete, the correct conclusion is that further review is required.
Independent specialists#
Where agreed, a recognised independent specialist may be engaged. The scope, fee and consequence of an adverse or inconclusive result must be established before purchase.
Documentation#
Clients should retain the agreed specification, exact-item images, invoice, payment record, specialist result and shipping documentation.
